For shipments in the Peninsula, orders will be delivered within 72 hours, once the payment has been verified and provided that the selected item is available.

For shipments to the Balear Islands, orders have a delivery time of 5 working days.

Orders will be carried out the same day that the purchase is made as long as they are made before 2:00 p.m. (If the order is placed later than that time, it will be shipped the next day).

Standard transit times for Europe are 5 business days

Finally, in Asia the express transit is 5/7 working days.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there will be no delivery or delivery of orders. It will be the next business day when these orders are managed

How should I do to return my item?

A quick and easy procedure. Fill in the short form that we present below so that we can collect your package.

– The shipment of the merchandise to be returned is at the customer’s risk and expense. The company is obliged to make the return, either for the amount or for other footwear, once the shipment of the returned order is received.

– Pack the item to be returned in its original packaging and make sure that all items have their original labels.

– Fill in the return form that is attached to each order, in case of change of size, indicate it clearly in the form. If this size is not available, we will refund the amount of said item. If you want to change your shoes for another model or color, you will have to return the item and place a new order.

Can I return all my items?

All Ana Pallarés shoes can be returned if there is a manufacturing defect and provided that the reason for their return is reported within a period of 24 hours after receiving your order, without having been used and arriving in perfect condition.

Ana Pallarés reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline, as well as shoes that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent.

How long do I have to make a return?

Once you receive the order, we will accept the return or exchange within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, all orders include a return form.

In case of making e a second exchange or return within the same order, the customer has to take care of the shipping costs, sending the package by the transport company that is most comfortable for you.

The order must be returned with its original packaging, the box well sealed and with the return form that you will find inside the box. Returns will not be accepted after the deadline, or for items that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent. In any case, the shoes must be returned in perfect condition, without any use and with their original tags and security seal.

The return form is the sheet that goes into the order, where you can see the shoes of the order and their references. In case of change of size, specify at the bottom of the page the new size that you want to receive, if you want a return, check the “Return” box

Once the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount of the returned items. This amount will be received in the same way in which the purchase was made within 72 hours, but it may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement. This period depends on each bank.
